XCOM Reel

Here is a selection of work I did while working on XCOM: Enemy Unknown from 2011-2012. I got to spend a little time on each creature and it was a lot of fun working with the crew at Firaxis.

**Content is from an M rated game, the first shot in particular is considered graphic**

Great Short

This is a fantastic short that has been around for some time but is so fun to watch.  It has great characters, great dialogue, lighting and composition are done incredibly well.

2012 was a heck of a year, I learned so much about animation and making games and incredibly glad that my first game has been so well received the guys at Firaxis deserve a ton of credit.

DRAGONBORN!

Mounted Riekling, Classic and Updated Creature I animated for Dragonborn.

The First piece of content I got to work on at Bethesda Games Studios was their latest DLC for Skyrim.  This is a great addition to the game and I was thrown in with the task of having to rig, animate, set up the ragdoll, and implement my creature(pictured above) in game.  It was a very steep learning curve but I learned a lot that will be very helpful in going forward with new characters and creatures.  Check out the trailer below.

New Studio!

In May 2012 I was lucky enough to snag a full time position at Bethesda Games Studios.  This is a studio that I have been looking up to and applying to for the past three years!  I get to work with some very creative and talented new people and can't wait to see what new things I will learn.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown

Got to work on Game Of The Year XCOM: Enemy Unknown for a little over a year at the very end of development.  It was a great time to see everything starting to come together and I was able to animate some very fun shots for cinematics and in game content.  Should have an XCOM reel up in the next couple months.
